I noticed that some jewelry orders will be returned to me, after delays as they were held at customs for a long time due to the elimination of US' de minimis regulations before.
This afternoon I received about 25 packages that were returned to me from the US, I think there is a chance that there are more on the way. If your package was in there, I will send you a message on Kickstarter soon!
Because US eliminated the de minimis regulations and the post office's cut off date was 25 August, some packages did not make it to US on time. I will be consolidating all returned packages and send them to my shipping agent once I have sorted them out. My shipping agent will then send them to you again with no custom fees. I also want to explain that I sent the jewelry myself from Singapore before, and now my shipping agent will ship them from his warehouse. Hence, they will be successfully delivered to the US this time!
Thank you so much for your understanding and for being patient in this situation with me. I understand that there will be a longer time for you to receive your packages now, and I hope that waiving the custom fees would make the situation better. I'm trying my best to adapt and navigate this as well 🙏
After this , I will be sending all my merch to my agent who will handle fulfilment with no custom fees from now on, so all my future projects will be a lot smoother in adaptation to this new situation!

Hello, I have received the jewelry items and I am preparing to ship them out. We are working on calculating the shipping fees!
Please give us some time to sort them out because we are using Backerkit, so their staff have to assist and approve the information first!

Hello! The jewelry production was submitted in 2 batches:
Batch 1 - Sunday, Herta, Robin earrings, necklaces, and rings in sizes 5 , 6, and 7
Batch 2 - All ring sizes in 8 onwards, and all ear clips!
I will start shipping out orders containing items in batch 1 first week of August! If your order contains items in batch 2, I will ship them when all the jewelry have reached me after batch 2 is done.
Apparels are still in production. I will post an update on them again, as I am awaiting news from manu ^^
