All the Backerkit surveys have been sent out and should appear in your emails. Please complete them by 2 July! By 2 July 1159pm (Singapore time), orders will be locked and no changes can be made after!
I also want to clarify on one of the survey's features:
In Backerkit there are add-on options to order more items in addition to what you have already pledged for in the Kickstarter campaign!
Please do not use the add-ons that require additional payment if you do not want to add any more items to what you've already ordered. As the shipping fees will be charged later, the total should be $0 in this survey if there are no additions you wish to make. Otherwise, if you do choose to add extra items, you can make the payment through Backerkit later and I will ship everything together when fulfilment time comes.

Hi again! I want to update that the production phase has started! I've sent in orders for the apparels , earrings and necklaces! However, I'll need to wait for the survey responses for some ring sizes, as well as the ear clip orders.
I'm sorry the survey is taking a while still, the issue we are facing now is that a staff from backerkit has to personally review them before we are able to send them to you, and I was asked to make edits! The back and forth communication and editing before I get their approval is taking a lot of time, on top of the difference in time zone 🥺
I've sent in orders for the stated items which doesn't have customizations to minimize delays! I'll update again when backerkit replies me, but for now I want to let you know everything is still moving! I can't wait to show some behind the scene pictures along the way ~
Hi! I usually send out surveys right after the campaign, but since we are using backerkit this time, the forms may need a few more days to be reviewed. I'll send another update when they are ready! I wanted to post an update in case some of you may be wondering about it 🙏🏼
